Our monthly installment of mindfulness meditations returns to South OC with a fresh, new format…

This month, we bring together an energizing yin practice of mobility and creative visualization.

Our practice will start with intention setting and a basic overview of the stretches we’ll focus on. Next, we’ll sink into some basic, gentle yoga poses, each held for 1 minute or longer. Each pose will support an opening of optimal energy flow.

We’ll move into a guided visualization, tuning you in to a state of optimal health and well-being.

You’ll leave feeling a sense of calm and clarity that will carry on through the rest of your weekend!
